The purpose of this Zoning By-law Amendment is to facilitate the development of a two-storey twelve-unit apartment building. The amendment proposes to rezone the property from Village Residential First Density Subzone D with Rural Exception 18 (V1D[18r]) to Village Residential Third Density Subzone E (V3E). The V3E zone permits a low-rise apartment dwelling.
