The Mahogany Community is located in the Village of Manotick. The lands known as Phase 1 are identified on the attached location plan. The lands subject of this application are shown as Phase 1B. Phase 1B is bounded by Chriscraft Way to the north, Century Road to the south, Spindrift Circle to the east, and Percival Crescent to the west.
