Description :
The purpose of this application is to permit the development of a village scale commercial centre, consisting of multiple buildings, a gateway feature & associated parking & landscaping. The proposed commercial centre is to be named the "Richmond Village Square" & consists of a total of 6 single story buildings with a total area of 7039 m2. The largest building is proposed to be 2619 m2 in area, & is for a single tenant with a retail use. The next two largest buildings proposed are 2237 & 1115 m2 in area and are each for multiple tenants with various commercial uses. The smallest three buildings proposed are 465, 372 & 232 m2 in area for single tenants with commercial & restaurant uses. The landscaped gateway feature is proposed to include a heritage clock & circular seating area. There are two proposed vehicular access points proposed, with the primary one off of Perth Street & the secondary one off of Shea Road. The total parking to be provided is 379 spaces.
