Description:
The proposal is to develop a townhouse development consisting of 46 dwelling units in 9 blocks. The development will be served by a private road with one full access to Valin Street. Each unit will contain a garage and 11 visitor parking spaces are provided. The dwelling units are two storey. Noise barriers are proposed at the intersection of Valin Street and Trim Road, mid-lot along Trim Road and at the south-east corner of the site. A variety of landscaping is provided along the perimeter of the site as well as within the site. Pagoda Dogwoods, Arctic Willows, Japanese Tree Lilacs, Amur Maples are proposed along the private roads.
